Bishop Malone to ordain four men to priesthood

Bishop Richard J. Malone, bishop of Buffalo, will ordain Rev. Mr. Robert Ikpe Agbo, Rev. Mr. Martin F. Gallagher, Rev. Mr. Luke P. Uebler and Rev. Mr. Cole T. Webster to the priesthood at St. Joseph Cathedral in downtown Buffalo at 9:30 a.m. June 3.  Each of the deacons graduated from Christ the King Seminary, East Aurora, on May 12 with a master's degree in divinity.

Deacon Agbo is a native of Nigeria where he attended college and the seminary earning bachelor's degrees in philosophy and theology before entering Christ the King Seminary.

Deacon Gallagher grew up in Buffalo and received a bachelor's degree in sociology/anthropology from the State University if New York at Fredonia before earning his master's degree in divinity.

Elma native Deacon Uebler attended St. Mark Seminary at Gannon University in Erie, Pa., where he earned a bachelor's degree in philosophy.

A graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, Deacon Webster earned a bachelor's degree in hospitality administration.  He grew up in Amherst.
