On this episode of "Our Daily Bread," host Father Paul D. Seil is in the kitchen with Jesse and Sarah Saltarelli, a young couple who have devoted their lives to youth ministry. Jesse works at St. Bernadette Parish in Orchard Park, and his wife, Sarah, ministers at Annunciation Parish in Elma.

Together with Father Seil, the couple will be in the kitchen cooking while they explain the important job of youth ministry, as well as the importance of our Church being able to connect with today's youth to keep them engaged in their faith.

To learn more about youth ministry in today's Catholic Church, tune in to "Our Daily Bread" on Saturday, Jan. 13, at 6:30 a.m. and noon on WKBW-TV Channel 7. On the menu: seared scallops with lemon orzo, a simple salad and an apple and pecan cheesecake.

As always, all of the day's recipes can be found at www.odbtv.org. Please subscribe to the Daybreak TV Productions YouTube Channel, where entire "Our Daily Bread" shows can be viewed. Also, remember to "like" us on Facebook at Daybreak TV Productions and on Instagram at daybreak716.
