LACKAWANNA - Our Lady of Victory Homes of Charity will hold its annual auction, Baker Victory Nite, on Friday, May 1, at 6:30 pm, at Michael's Banquet Facility in Hamburg.  The Wizard of Oz-themed event features cocktails and food stations, with chances to win over $40,000 in valuable prizes through raffles, theme baskets, split clubs and a silent auction.  Prizes include tickets to see the Rolling Stones, multiple overnight packages, electronics and much more.  The evening culminates with a grand prize drawing for $5,000 in cash.

Proceeds from Baker Victory Nite will benefit the programs for young children at Baker Victory Services: Adoption, Foster Care, and Early Education programs at St. John's Parkside and Monarch Little Learners Academy.  The goal for this year's event is $125,000. Jim and Maggie Higgins serve as the Chair Couple of the event and Msgr. Paul J.E. Burkard, president of the organization, serves as Honorary Event Chairman.

Tickets for this fun-filled event are only $85, and can be purchased at the door.
