Getting excited about God is a good way to spend the Lenten season. As the years go by, our faith can grow dull. We may need a new infusion of grace.

For this reason the Grey Nuns of the Sacred Heart and friends will host a day of spiritual enrichment to help open hearts to God in a fresh way. The title is "Renewing Our Energy: Fostering Faith and Hope." It will take place on Saturday, March 23, 9 a.m.- 3:30 p.m., at D'Youville College, Madonna Hall. Parking is available.

Activities will include brief talks, quiet time to pray and reflect, sharing with others, writing in a spiritual journal, listening to music and adoration in the chapel.

There is no fee for the retreat. A free will offering will be accepted. Drinks will be provided. Participants should bring a bag lunch.
