Mass and Life Chain to highlight Respect Life Sunday

Bishop Edward M. Grosz, Auxiliary Bishop of Buffalo, will be the main celebrant and homilist at the annual Respect Life Mass on Sunday, October 1, at 10:30 a.m., at St. Joseph Cathedral, 50 Franklin St., Buffalo.

Following Mass, there will be a blessing of families, babies and expectant mothers. All are welcome.

In addition to the Mass, the National Life Chain will take place from 2 -3 p.m. along Niagara Falls Blvd. from Main St., Buffalo, north toward Niagara Falls, N.Y.

More than 40 parishes in the diocese will take part in the life chain on Niagara Falls Blvd. while others will hold a life chain in their areas. For more information and a list of parishes participating, visit the Pro-Life website at https://www.buffalodiocese.org/prolife-events
