The Society of Our Lady of Divine Mercy is sponsoring a Pilgrimage to the Divine Mercy Shrine for St. Faustina Day on Oct. 4, 5, and 6, in Stockbridge, Mass. This is a special opportunity to go to the shrine and learn about the devotion to the Divine Mercy.

The shrine is designated as a site for pilgrims to go through the Holy Door to receive a plenary indulgence. Pilgrims will be able to participate in shrine devotions, celebration of Mass, and walking the beautiful grounds of the shrine.  Pilgrims can light a candle to Our Lady and pray in the adjacent chapel.

The pilgrimage will be paid for by fundraising and donations. Some of the scheduled fundraising events include: May 13, baked goods sale, True Value Smith Hardware Store, Route 5, Irving; and May 21, 22, baked goods sale at St. Mary of the Lake Church, Lake Shore Road, Route 5, Hamburg.
