Bishop Richard J. Malone has appointed two priests to new assignments and has reappointed two others to additional term at their current parishes.

Father Darrell G. Duffey received a second term of six years as pastor at St. James Parish, Jamestown.  Ordained in 2005, Father Duffey is a graduate of Orchard Park High School. He received a bachelor's degree in philosophy and a minor in religious studies from Wadham's Hall Seminary, Ogdensburg, and has a master's degree in divinity from Christ the King Seminary, East Aurora.  His first priestly assignment was as parochial vicar at Queen of Heaven Parish, West Seneca.  He was named pastor at St. James in 2009.

Father Daniel F. Fiebelkorn, pastor of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish, Silver Creek, also received a second term as pastor.  He was first named pastor at the Silver Creek parish in 2009.  Born in West Point and raised in Alaska, Father Fiebelkorn graduated from Western State College of Colorado where he was a history major and geology minor.  He was ordained to the priesthood in 1997 and served as parochial vicar at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament, Depew, and St. Stephen Church, Grand Island.  He went on to serve as administrator, and later as pastor, of St. Joseph Parish, Varysburg.

Father Victor Ibhawa was named parochial vicar at St. Vincent de Paul Parish, Niagara Falls, for a term of three years.  A native of Nigeria, Father Ibhawa was ordained in 2010 and came to the United States in 2013 to further his education in health-related fields.  He attended D'Youville College, Buffalo, and lived at St. Jude the Apostle Parish, North Tonawanda.  His assignment at St. Vincent de Paul will be for a term of three years.

Father Seán Paul Fleming, who had been serving as parochial vicar at St. Bernadette Parish, Orchard Park, was named to the same position at St. Amelia Parish, Tonawanda, for a term of three years.  Following his ordination in 2012, Father Fleming was assigned to St. John the Baptist Parish, Kenmore. He is a graduate of St. Francis High School, Athol Springs, and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, N.Y., where he earned a bachelor's degree in computer science and with a minor in information technology.
