Respect Life Mass scheduled for Saturday

Bishop Richard J. Malone will be the main celebrant and homilist at the annual Respect Life Mass on Saturday, Oct. 6, at 4 p.m. at St. Louis Church, 780 Main St., Buffalo.  During the Mass, the bishop will commission the parish respect life coordinators.

Following Mass, there will be a blessing of families, babies and expectant mothers. All are welcome.

On Sunday, Oct. 7, the National Life Chain will take place from 2 -3 p.m. along Niagara Falls Blvd. from Main St., Buffalo, north toward Niagara Falls, N.Y.

More than three dozen parishes in the diocese will take part in the life chain on Niagara Falls Blvd. while others will hold a life chain in their areas. For more information and a list of parishes participating, visit the Pro-Life website at https://www.buffalodiocese.org/prolife-events
