Mary Queen of Angels Regional Catholic School, providing a quality education for students in Universal Pre-K, kindergarten and grades one through eight, will hold open house opportunities during school hours throughout Catholic Schools Week.

"Instead of hosting a traditional open house event, MQA will be open throughout Catholic Schools Week to families who would like to see our school, teachers and students in action," said Principal Kristen Hada. "Tours will be offered from 8:15 a.m. until 2 p.m. Jan. 30 through Feb. 3, and you do not need to make an appointment. If you cannot make it in during school hours, please call the school office at 895-6280 to schedule a private tour."

Mary Queen of Angels also offers student shadowing opportunities for children who may be interested in attending the school. Please call the school office for details.

Cheektowaga's only Catholic elementary school, Mary Queen of Angels serves students from Cheektowaga, Buffalo and several suburbs. The school is located at 170 Rosewood Terrace, off George Urban Boulevard and a block away from Harlem Road.

During a tour of the school, guests will have an opportunity to see the innovative Media Arts Center and classroom technology, music and art rooms, science lab and much more.

Mary Queen of Angels also offers a very affordable after-school program; hot breakfast and lunch programs; Spanish language lessons beginning in kindergarten; numerous sports teams, clubs and extracurricular activities; and a strong and supportive Home School Association. Generous tuition and financial aid packages are available to families that qualify.
